Frazee woman sentenced for meth
Lindsay Ann Tibbetts, 27, of Frazee, has been sentenced in Becker County District Court for felony fifth-degree controlled substance crime.
According to court records, on Jan. 21, law enforcement officers executed a search warrant at a residence and found Tibbetts and a man there. Three baggies of meth, with a total weight of 1.6 grams (with packaging) were found in a purse there. She admitted the meth was hers.
On July 17, she appeared in court before District Judge Jay Carlson, who stayed adjudication and continued the case. She was ordered to serve four days in jail, with credit for four days served. She was fined $1,000 plus $1,075 in court fees, and was placed on supervised probation for five years.
